Created in Lomé-Togo in 2012 as a platform for expression of choral and traditional music in Africa, « AFRICA SINGS FESTIVAL » is a pan-African music festival created with the purpose of strengthening the bonds of friendship and fraternity in the people of Africa and the rest of the world.
In a world of many challenges, where peace should be at the center of every reflection, arise many problems such as terrorism, violence, arms trafficking and juvenile delinquency amongst others.
Africa is not an exception to these problems therefore it is obvious that African people must unite their abilities and ideas to face these situations.
It is in this quest for peace that the AFRICA SINGS festival is created (and powered) by Soprano Events Ltd.
The Africa Sings Festival (ASF) is a celebration of African music through song and dance, a concept that is part of the narrative acts of hope.
The main objective is to provide civic education on relevant issues affecting communities through music, sports and theater arts.
